摘要
报告6例老年性腰椎管狭窄症术后伴睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者的护理。呼吸暂停的预防和急救是护理的重点,尤其以术后2h内更为重要。加强术后生命体征的监护和体位护理、持续吸氧、做好急救准备是手术成功和患者安全的有力保障。
This paper introduced the nursing care of six cases of age-related lumbar spinal stenosis complicated with sleep apnea syndrome. For the patients,the prevention and first aid of apnea is the focus of nursing,especially within 2 hours after the surgery. In addition,closely observing and preventing postoperative complications were the key points to guarantee successful surgery as well as recovery.
