摘要
目的:建立降香药材中木犀草素的含量测定方法。方法:用高效液相色谱法测定了木犀草素的含量,色谱柱:Zorbax e-clipse XDB C18(4.6 mm×150 mm);流动相:甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(43∶57);流速:1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长:353 nm。结果:平均回收率98.9%(RSD=2.0%),线性关系r=0.999 7,进样量在0.042 5～0.34μg内线性关系良好。重复性RSD=1.6%,精密度RSD=1.5%。结论:该方法稳定、可靠,可作为其质量控制方法。
Objective： To establish a method for the determination of Luteolin in Dalbergiaodorifera T. chen by HPLC. Methods： The separation was performed on Zorbax eclipse XDB C18 （150mm × 4. 6mm ） with Meth-0. 4% H3PO4 （43：57 ） as mobile phase and UV detector at 353 nm. Results ： The method had good average recovery with 98.9% （ RSD = 2. 0% ）, good linear relationship （ r = 0. 999 7 ） within the range of 0. 042 5 -0. 34 μg, and repetition RSD = 1.6% , precision RSD = 1.5%. Conclusions：The method is accurate, reliable and can be used for quality control of the production.
