摘要
目的:研究阿奇霉素分散片健康人体药物动力学及相对生物利用度。方法:采用微生物法测定8名志愿者单剂量口服1000mg阿奇霉素分散片和胶囊后不同时间血清和尿中药物浓度。结果:阿奇霉素分散片和胶囊的血药浓度-时间曲线均符合二室模型,比较两种制剂的药动学参数及192h尿中总排泄率差异均无显著性。结论:阿奇霉素分散片的相对生物利用度为103.1%±10.5%。
he pharmacokinetics and relative bioavailability of azithromycin were studied in 8 male healthy volunteers who received a single oral dose of 1000 mg azithromycin tablets or capsules in crossways.The serum and urine samples were collected at various time after oral administration.The serum and urine concentrations of azithromycin were determined by microbiological method.Results demonstrated that the concentrationtime curves of azithromycin tablets and capsules fitted to a twocompartment open model.There was no significant difference of the pharmacokinetic parameters and 192 h urine excretory rate between the two groups.The relative bioavailability of tablets to capsules were 103%,it demonstrated that both formations were bioequivalent.
