摘要
目的:优选扶正解毒颗粒的制备工艺。方法:以人参皂苷Re收率为指标,应用正交设计试验优选扶正解毒颗粒的提取工艺。结果:影响人参皂苷Re水提的主次因素由大到小排列依次是A>D>B>C(A为加水量、B为浸泡时间、C为煎煮时间、D为煎煮次数),优选的提取工艺为加水量为药材量的15倍,浸泡3h,每次煎煮4h,煎煮2次;优选的流化喷雾制粒工艺条件为流化喷雾制粒膏粉比为2∶1,稠浸膏相对密度为1.30(25℃测定),喷液电压为120V,每批料抖袋65个周期(每个抖袋周期来回抖袋2次)。结论:优选的制备工艺稳定、可行。
Objective: To optimize the preparation process of Fuzheng Jiedu Granules. Methods: The gain rate of ginsenoside Re was taken as the index, the preparation process condition of Fuzheng Jiedu Granules was optimized by the orthogonal design. Results: The factors influencing the extraction amount of ginsenoside Re was as follows, A〉D〉B〉C(A: the amount of water added, B: the soak time, C: the extraction time, D: times of extraction). The optimum percolation condition obtained was to add 15 times of water and soak for 3 hours, decoct twice, 4 hours each time. The optimum conditions of granulation by sprayer were that the fluid extract was 2 times of powder in weight; the relative density of the fluid extract was 1.30 (measured at 25℃), the voltage of sprayer was 120 V, the period of bag shaking was 65 times (shaking bag back and forth twice in each period). Conclusion: The results of the experiment shows that the preparation process of Fuzheng Jiedu Granules is stable and applicable.
