摘要
目的:探讨截肢患者的心理治疗疗效,为截肢患者提供心理康复指导。方法:应用症状自评量表(symptom checklist 90,SCL-90)对100例截肢患者在心理治疗前与治疗后的心理健康状态进行评估。结果:截肢患者SCL-90测试结果各因子分明显大于常模,而心理治疗后的各因子分明显减小。结论:心理治疗对于截肢患者是非常必要的,其疗效也是肯定的。
Objective： To explore the effect of psychological treatments conducting on amputation patients, and to guide the treatment of the mental health recovery in amputation patients. Methods： SCL-90 was applicated to evaluate the conditions of the patients＇ the mental health before and after the treatment. Results： The results showed that each factor in amputation patients SCL-90 test was bigger than that of the healthy mode before the treatment, and after the treatment the results of factors decreased. Conclusion： Psychological treatment on amputation patients is very necessity, its curative effect is also affirmed.
