摘要
研究了傅立叶变换近红外光谱技术快速测定共聚聚丙烯中乙烯基含量的分析方法。在中红外透射法得到的测定数据基础上,采用漫反射方式和偏最小二乘法(PLS)及NORRIS平滑等技术,建立了共聚聚丙烯乙烯基定量分析数学模型。通过对工艺技术的研究,得到了比较适宜聚丙烯三井油化工艺的分析模型。实验结果表明:近红外分析法和实验室标准分析方法测定结果之间无显著差别,模型具有很好的稳定性。
The analysis method for determining vinyl content in co-polypropylene rapidly by the Fourier transform near infrared spectrometry technology was studied. Based on the test data gained by Near-infrared ray spectral transmission,by adopting diffuse reflection,PLS and NORRIS smoothness methods,the mathematical model of quantitative analisis of vinyl content in co-polypropylene was established. By the study of process technology,the analysis model suited to the process of MITSUI Petrochemical Co. was gained. The examination results indicate that there is not obvious difference between the near infrared spectrometry method and the laboratory standard method, the model has good stability.
