摘要 大学生有效学习策略对于学习研究和知识管理具有重要的理论价值,本文提出有效学习策略的概念,研究学习策略的效能理论和评价方法,建立了有效学习策略效能评价的钻石模型,并基于高校大学生的调查数据,应用结构方程模型方法进行实证研究。这一模型及分析结果对当前的理论和实践都具有一定的价值和意义,大学生有效学习策略、学习目标、外部环境、价值实现等几个因素之间具有积极的促进关系,应在实践中加以引导和强调。 College students' effective learning strategies are of great theoretical value to learning research and knowledge management. However, the current research in this regard is not yet clear in orientation and lacking in depth. In view of this, we propose the concept of effective learning strategies in an effort to explore efficacy theory of learning strategies and evaluations. In this paper, a diamond model for efficacy evaluation of effective learning strategies is constructed and empirical studies conducted using structural equation based on data collected from university students. The findings suggest that this model and the analysis are of considerable value and significance to the current research in theory and practice. Such factors as effective learning strategies, objectives, environment of college students and their value realization should be well-managed and highlighted in practice as they feed on one another in a positive way.
