摘要
以福建省清流县的天然软锰矿经草酸法对其进行改性,研究了在不同条件下的改性锰矿对水中Zn2+离子的吸附能力。实验表明,改性条件为:草酸用量2.0 mmol·g-1(锰矿粉)、高锰酸钾用量1.5 mmol·g-1(锰矿粉)、硫酸浓度1 mol·L-1,室温反应45min后,改性的软锰矿在25℃,溶液pH=5.0,吸附时间40min,对Zn2+的饱和吸附量达63mg·g-1(锰矿粉)。而天然软锰矿在相同条件下对Zn2+离子的饱和吸附量只有12mg·g-1(锰矿粉)。表明经本实验条件得到的改性锰矿对Zn2+离子的吸附能力比天然锰矿有显著提高。
The natural manganese taken from Qingliu County,Fujian Province is a raw material. This paper studies the adsorption to Zn^2+ from water by modified manganese under different response conditions, and obtains the optimized preparation conditions. That is: Oxalic acid amount is 2.0 mmol·g^-1(to powdered ore) , potassium permanganate amount 1.5 mmol·g^-1(to powdered ore), sulfuric acid concentration 1 mol· L^-1, responds under room temperature for 45 min. under the conditions of 25℃, pH=5.0,time is 40min,the modified manganese ore to the Zn^2+ saturated adsorptive capacity is 63mg·g^-1,the natural manganese ore is 12 mg.g^-1. The results show that adsorption capacity to Zn^2+ from water by the modified manganese compared with that of natural manganese has significantly been improved under the experimental conditions.
