摘要
试验结果表明,在无核化栽培条件下,以单株留果量介于12-15穗果之间(即产量32 000kg.ha-1-39 000kg.ha-1)为宜。随着单株留果量的增加,果实的外观品质和食用品质逐渐下降,表现为平均单粒重及固酸比均下降,另外叶片的叶绿素含量、新梢的粗度及新梢的成熟率也随之逐渐下降。当单株留果量为18穗果(即产量44 800kg.ha-1左右)时,还会影响到巨峰葡萄新梢的生长发育,从而影响到下一年的产量和品质。
The test results show that staying fruit volume of per plant is suitable between 12 -15 spikes ( the production: 32 000-39 000kg·ha^-1 ). By staying fruit volume of per plant increasing, the appearance quality and eating quality of fruit are declineing little by little, which show the average single - spike weight and the solid - acid ratio both decreased, in addition, leaf chlorophyll content, shoot diameter and maturation rate also decreased gradually. When staying fruit volume of per plant is 18 spikes (the production is about 44 800kg·ha^-1 ), which can affect the shoot growth and development of Jufeng grape, thereby affect next year's yield and quality.
