摘要
针对企业PDM系统的编码问题,研究了多品种、小批量产品及零部件的编码方法,进行了产品特征属性分析,研究设计流程,建立编码规则、体系和模型;设计了带有核查功能的编码生成系统,该系统可确保PDM系统中编码的唯一性。通过集成设计,使编码系统和PDM系统有效集成,实现集成应用;最后针对某企业给出了应用实例。
This article, aiming at enterprise PDM system encoding, researched into the encoding method and designprocess for low-volume but more-varieties products and parts, analyzed the characteristics of the products, established the code rules, system and model. The encoding system provided a verification function, and ensured the uniqueness of encoding in the PDM system. By integrated-design, the paper integrated the encoding system into the PDM system, and realized the integrated applications. An application instance in some enterprise was given.
