摘要
用奶牛初乳作试验材料,通过采用二次正交旋转组合试验设计方案,分别建立了升华干燥时间、解吸干燥时间以及冻干生产率的数学模型。利用降维分析方法,探讨了冻干室压力、装料厚度以及初乳浓度对冻干时间的影响。在较高生产率条件约束下,找出缩短冻干总时间的工艺条件,即冻干室压力为26.6Pa、装料厚度为14.5mm、初乳浓度为36.73%。
オrthogonal rotatable composite design is used to study the freezedrying of colostrum. Based on the experimental data, the models of sublimation time, desorption time and freezedrying production rate are established. By reducing dimensional analysis, the interactions among chamber pressure, product thickness and concentration are investigated. The optimal drying parameters for high production rate are as follows: chamber pressure of 266 Pa, product thickness of 145 mm and concentration of 3673%.
