念珠菌性阴道炎检测阳性率与末次给药时限的相关性研究 被引量:2

Study of the relationship between different time from the last treating day to sampling day and the result of positive rate in candida vaginitis patients

摘要 目的:研究治疗念珠菌性阴道炎后复查病人末次给药时限对复查结果的影响及其相关性,探讨复查的最早有效时限。方法:390例首次诊断为念珠菌性阴道炎经治疗后症状好转、体征消失的复查对象,采用直接涂片法和真菌培养法检测阴道分泌物念珠菌阳性率,记录检测距末次给药的不同时限。结果:念珠菌阳性率随取标本距末次给药时间间隔的延长而下降,直接涂片法以距末次给药时限>2天后下降明显,>3天后趋于稳定,分别为60.1%、20.5%(P<0.05),两者呈负相关,相关系数r=-0.79(P<0.05)。真菌培养法检测白色念珠菌阳性率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:复查距末次给药不同时间对白带涂片法复查结果影响较大,停药4天后取样结果趋于稳定。真菌培养法则对结果影响较小。 Objective: To investigate the relationship between sampling time interval and the result of re - examination leucorrhea of candida vaginitis patients. The earliest and most effective time were determined. Methods : 390 patients who were diagnosed as candida vagiuitis the first time were collected and were treated to no symptom and negative physical sign. Vaginal secretion were detected by method of direct smear and fungus cultivation. Positive rate was compared according to different intervals from last treating day to sampling time. Results: Monilia positive rate which detected by direct smear method were getting lower by the longer of sampling interval, which suddenly declined after 2 day and keep stable after 3 day with positive rate 60. 1% and 20. 5%, respectively (P 〈 0. 05 ) . The two variance had negative correlation with correlation coefficient r = - 0.79 ( P 〈 0.05 ) . But monilia positive rate which detected by fungus cultivation method had no significant difference in different sampling time groups ( P 〉 0.05 ) . Conclusion: Monilia positive rate detected by direct smear method which changed obviously by the different interval from last treating day to sampling time. The best time to get leucorrhea sample by direct smear method was stop using the last suppository for at least four days. Less effect to the result by fungus cultivation method.
