摘要
仲景论述湿病,有湿痹、风湿、湿家、寒湿等不同称谓。湿痹,即湿邪痹阻之意;风湿含义有二:一指病因,二指证候名称;湿家指素患湿病之人,重浊粘滞之湿邪痹阻筋脉关节日久,必见身体关节疼痛反复发作或持续不已;寒湿,亦湿痹证型之一,乃寒与湿相合,流注关节,痹阻气血而致。称谓不同,含义有别,不可不辨也。
In the discussion of damp diseases, Zhang Zhongjing gave different names,such as dampness,wind-dampness,damp physique,cold-dampness and so on.Dampness means the pain or numbness caused by wet perverse trend.Wind-dampness has two meanings;pathogenic factors and symptoms.Damp physique indicates that the patient with damp disease subject to the repeated or lasted joints pain since the heavy,turbid and sticky damp pathogens are accumulated in the tendons,vessels and joints.Cold-dampness is also one kind of dampness caused by wetness and coldness,both of which meet and move forward to the joints.Therefore,they have different names with different meanings,and they should be distinguished.
