摘要
以尖吻鲈Lates calarifer(初始体重16.94 g±0.12 g)为对象,投喂添加不同水平复方中草药的饲料,研究了复方中草药对尖吻鲈血液生理生化指标的影响。试验共分6组(对照组、A^E组),A^E组饲料中复方中草药的添加量(质量分数)分别为0.05%、0.1%、0.2%、0.4%、0.8%,对照组饲料中不添加。每组设3个重复,饲养试验共进行56 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,C组和E组尖吻鲈血液中的红细胞数量显著提高(P<0.05),E组鱼血液中的白细胞数量和血红蛋白含量显著提高(P<0.05);E组鱼的血糖浓度显著高于其它组(P<0.05);B组鱼的谷丙转氨酶显著高于其它组(P<0.05)。本试验结果表明,在饲料中添加复方中草药能改变尖吻鲈的部分血液生理生化指标。
The cultured seabass Lates calarifer juveniles with initial body weight of （16.94±0.12）g were stocked into eighteen aquaria （500 L each） and fed the basal diets supplemented with the Chinese herbal medicines at a rate of 0.0% ,0.05% ,0.1% ,0.2% ,0.4% and 0. 8% with three replicates for each treatment at water temperature of 26 -31℃ for 8 weeks. The results showed that the seabass fed the diet containing 0.8% of the Chinese herbal medicines had the maximal blood glucose （GLU）, white blood cells （WBC） number and serum Hb contents, significantly higher than those in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were significantly higher number of red blood cells （RBC） in the fish fed the diet containing 0.2% of the Chinese herbal medicines and glutamic pyruvic transamunase in the fish fed the diet containing 0.1% of the Chinese herbal medicines than those in other treatments（ P 〈 0.05 ）, indicating that the herb supplementation changes some blood hematological and blood biochemical indices of the fish.
