摘要 随着平煤集团各大矿区矿井的进一步开采及井田范围的进一步拓展,风机的最大通风能力已不能满足井下通风需要,必须进行改造。新增设的平煤集团六矿北风井主要通风机电机为2800 kW,对其电控系统的设计成为急需解决的难题。设计的电控系统选用了PYFK-1/2000型风机监控系统和高压软启动控制器装置,能够对风机使用的电动机进行降压启动,同时可以对设备进行智能控制和保护,解决了大功率风机启动难、控制难的实际问题,值得大力推广。 With the further exploitation of the mine and the expansion of mine field scope in Pmjt Co. , Ltd, the maximum ventilation capacity of the fan can not meet the needs of mine ventilation,and it must be modified. The power of the new main fan motor is 2 800 kW in north ventilation shaft. Its electronic control system design has been an urgent problem. In this electronic control system design, the designer selected PYFK-1/2000 fan motor monitoring system and high-voltage soft-start controller device. The operator can use these device to reduce the starting voltage of the fan motor,and at the same time,this device can make intelligent control and protection to the fan motor. This system solves the practical problems that the high-power fan motor is difficult to start and to control. This technology is worthy of being spreaded.
