摘要
目的:研究壳聚糖在胰岛素口服给药中的作用。方法:以降糖百分数为指标,考察胰岛素溶液、壳聚糖溶液、壳聚糖-胰岛素混合液经正常大鼠口腔给药后对血糖的影响。结果:壳聚糖-胰岛素溶液的降血糖作用与胰岛素溶液相比有显著性差异(P=0.001),而与壳聚糖溶液相比无显著性差异(P=0.069)。结论:壳聚糖具有一定的降血糖作用,并且它的特殊结构还对胰岛素起到了保护和促进吸收的作用,是一种优良的胰岛素口服制剂的载体。
Objective: To investigate the role of Chitosan in the oral insulin preparations. Methods: We investigated the hypoglycemic effect after oral administration of Chitosan, insulin solution, Chitosan insulin mixture to the normal rats by blood glucose changes. Results: Compared with the function of the insulin solution, the Chitosan insulin is markedly different, rnoreover, it has no difference with the Chitosan solution. Conclusion: Chitosan itself has some hypoglycemic effect, and the special structure of the Chitosan can be also served to protect and promote the role of absorption of insulin, it is a good carrier of oral insulin preparations.
