摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜下完成卵巢良性病变的手术操作技巧和配合管理。方法回顾分析2006年1月1日至2008年1月1日在本院手术室完成的132例腹腔镜下卵巢良性病变手术。结果腹腔镜畸胎瘤、单侧和双侧卵巢巧克力囊肿手术平均时间分别为75．9min、109．2min、129．1min，术中出血量分别为10．8ml、20．4ml、36．4ml，差异有显著性。结论手术时间、出血量与卵巢及盆腔病变密切相关，手术者和其他手术组成员必须熟练各自的技术操作和管理，进行密切默契的配合，提出具体的改善措施。
Objective To study laparoseopic operative skills and assistant management for ovarian tumor and tumor like condition. Methods 132 cases of ovarian tumor or tumor like condition were laparoscopical operated and reviewed. Results The mean operative time was 75.9, 109.2 and 129. 1 minutes for teratoma, single chocolate cyst and biolatera chocolate cyst, the intraoperative bleeding was 10. 8, 20. 4 and 36.4 ml for the three conditions, the differences were remarkable, P 〈 0. 05. Conclusions Laparoseopie operative time and bleeding are related to ovarian and pelvic conditions. Operater and assistants must possess good skills and cooperating manangement.
