摘要
研究了超细立方晶锑白的制备方法,采用TEM(透射电镜)、XRD(X射线衍射)等测试手段对产物的晶型进行了鉴定,并将其应用到软质PVC(聚氯乙烯)体系中测定其对体系阻燃性能和机械力学性能的影响。实验结果表明,制备的三氧化二锑属于立方晶型,粒径大约200nm;添加到软质PVC中,可以大幅度提高体系的阻燃性能。
Preparation of cubic Sb2O3 was investigated. Crystal form of Sb2O3 samples were characterized by the means such as TEM and XRD. Flame retardancy and mechanical properties on flexible PVC were studied. Experimental results showed that the sample is cubic Sb2O3 and grain size was about 200 nm. Cubic Sb2O3 can greatly improve the flame retardancy of flexible PVC.
