摘要
应用加速碳化技术处理钢渣,固化储存温室气体二氧化碳,通过SEM-EDS,XRD,DTA-TG等测试手段,研究分析水分对钢渣碳化的影响及原因,阐述碳化反应的部分机理,并最终确定出钢渣微粉、钢渣粗粉及钢渣粗颗粒的最佳碳化水分掺加量分别为w=9.75%、w=8.35%和w=6.20%。由此钢渣微粉制备出碳化增重率10.79%,强度40.81 MPa,安定性合格的碳化钢渣试样。
The treatment of steel slag and the mineral storage of greenhouse gas CO2 were investigated by accelerated carbonation technique. The influence of moisture content on steel slag carbonization was researched through SEM-EDS, XRD and DTA-TG test means, and partial reaction mechanisms of carbonization were elaborated. And the best carbonized moisture contents of steel slag fine powder,steel slag coarse powder and steel slag coarse granule are determined,that is 9.75% ;8.35% and 6.20% ,respectively. So the steel slag products with 10.79% carbonation wight gain,40.81 MPa compression strength and good soundness are fabricated.
