路堤填筑施工压实度现场控制方法 被引量:1

摘要 针对某公路工程的高路堤填筑施工,寻求压实度、松铺厚度、填料含水量、碾压遍数合理的相关关系,探讨高填方填筑碾压控制工艺,为现场施工提供适宜的控制参数,从而达到经济有效控制施工的目的.通过制定合适的现场填筑碾压方案并进行现场碾压试验,将试验数据拟合出碾压遍数、松铺厚度、含水量和压实度的相关关系方程式,并将压实度检测数据与公式计算值进行比较.结果表明以公式计算的方法对填筑碾压工艺进行控制,不仅可以减少施工控制的盲目性以保证路基填筑质量,又不浪费太多的工期和设备台班从而导致填方单价的上升和工期的延长,为控制填筑质量提供施工工艺数量指标以指导全面施工. Aiming at the specified project construction, the correlativity of the compactor passes, loose laying depth, water content, in-situ compactness is discussed. The fill control techniques of high embankment compaction quality, and the construction control indexes to control the embankment reclamation effectively are developed in this paper. By setting down rolling schemes, the regression equation is fitted among compactor passes, loose laying depth, water content, and in-situ compactness based on the experimental data, and the regression equation is verified by in-situ compactness measure data. The agreeable compactness ranges are developed and the formula for controlling rolling technique is deducted. Rolling technique calculation method can reduce the blindness of construction control; the project time limit and machine shift are less likely to be wasted also. When the indexes such as loose laying depth, water content, in-situ compactness are given, compactor passes can be calculated based on the regression equation which can give quantitative indexes to control the embankment reclamation effectively.
