摘要
针对冀东南堡油田的地层特点,对PDC钻头的冠部、布齿密度和方法、水力结构、稳定性等进行设计,研制出新型PDC钻头——PK5363S-311钻头。在冀东南堡油田将该钻头的钻探效果与同尺寸同井段所有钻头的钻探效果做比较分析。结果表明,PK5363S-311钻头的总进尺最高,是其它同井段钻头进尺的1.58倍;且该钻头的机械钻速较高,寿命达到设计要求,具有较高的推广应用价值。
In light of the feature of formation in Jidong Nanpu Oilfield,the design was conducted of the crown of the PDC bit,tooth arrangement density and method,hydraulic structure as well as its stability.The new-type PK5363S-311 drill bit was developed.A comparative analysis of drilling effect was made between this kind of bit and all other kinds of bits of the same dimensions applied in the same section in Nanpu Oilfield.The results show that the total footage of the PDC drill bit is the largest,1.58 times that of all other bits applied to the same section.Its penetration speed is relatively high and its service life reaches the requirement of design.
