摘要
随机测定10只陇东绒山羊和10只陇东黑山羊血清中谷丙转氨酶(SGPT)、谷草转氨酶(SGOT)和谷酰转氨酶(TG)含量,进行差异显著性比较。结果表明:SGPT和SGOT含量差异均显著(P<0.05)、TG酶含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。
Stochastically measured blood Enzymes of 10 Longdong Cashmere Goats and 10 Longdong black cashmere goats. The result of difference significance examination showed： The content difference of SGPT and SCOT in blood serum are remarkable（P 〈0.05） ,the content difference of TG in Blood serum is not remarkable（P 〉0.05）.
