摘要
大跨度钢桁架杆件内灌注混凝土施工难度较高,对钢结构杆件开孔、混凝土性能、施工工艺的要求特别高,文中针对工程特点,优化钢结构节点,设计合理的浇筑孔道,配制高性能自流性混凝土和优化创新施工流程,达到确保施工质量的目的。
Pouring concrete into the members of long-span steel truss is a problem in construction,where the opening of the steel members, the performance of the concrete and the technology of constructionn are high demanded. According to the engineering characteristic,the steel connections are optimized,the pouring channels are reasonably designed,high performance artesian concrete is prepared and the construction process are optimized and innovated, and consequently,the construction quality is ensured.
