摘要
提出一种新型引信延期解除保险机构,它利用智能材料磁流变液的开关特性,基于引信液体阻尼机构的工作原理,通过永磁体产生的磁场使磁流变液处于固态保证引信平时安全性,发射后利用后坐环境力使磁场撤离,磁流变液转变为液体开始泄流,控制其泄流速度,可以实现延期解除保险时间的可调节。经仿真与试验验证,延期解除保险时间可以依据弹丸转速,通过改变泄流孔数量、泄流孔径等参数进行调整,又可以通过改变磁场强度使磁流变液粘度变化,从而实现延期解除保险时间的实时调整。磁流变液工作温度范围宽,机构结构简单可靠,经济实用,可以为引信安全系统实现提供新的手段。
A new fuze delay arming device is proposed according to the on-off characteristic of the smart material magneto-rheological fluid (MRF) based on the principle of fluid delay arming device. In the designed device, MRF keeps in solid state with the function of permanent magnets to ensure fuze safety at ordinary times, while MRF transforms into liquid without the function of magnets after firing. The delay time can be regulated by controlling the discharge velocity of the liquid. Theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and test verification show that according to the projectile rotating speed, the delay time of MRF device can be regulated by changing the discharging aperture and discharging hole numbers, and also can be real-timely regulated by changing the magnetic field intensity. The work temperature range of MRF is broad and the given structure is simple,reliable and economical, providing a new means for the fuze safety and arming system.
