摘要 为解决脉冲激光引信固定阈值电路带来的测距误差,根据恒比定时原理,采用浮动阈值电路来提高脉冲激光引信的测距精度。由于激光引信对体积、重量和功耗有着苛刻的要求,用低通滤波器替代传输延迟线实现回波信号的延迟,以减小体积。采用TTL电平的比较器以减小功耗。根据引信的特点,研究偏置电路,减小由比较器临界值带来的测距误差。电路同时兼顾体积、功耗、误差的要求。 To reduce the measurement error caused by the constant threshold of pulse laser fuze,a high precision threshold circuit for laser fuze is proposed based on the principle of constant fraction discrimination. Due to the strict requirement of laser fuze for volume, weight and power consumption, a low-pass filter is designed to replace the transmission delay line to delay the echo signal, and TTL level comparator is used to reduce power consump- tion. According to the fuze characteristic, a bias circuit is designed to reduce the error caused by comparator critical voltage. The given circuit meets the requirements for volume, power consumption and error.
