摘要
依托深圳市笋岗路大修工程的沥青路面热再生工程,建立了预估再生沥青性能的复合律方程;应用90#沥青、70#沥青和再生剂对老化沥青进行了再生试验,测定了再生沥青的粘度、针入度和软化点;进行了不同再生方法的复合律方程验证,并对不同再生方法的再生效果进行了比较。研究结果表明:再生沥青的针入度、软化点和粘度指标的再生规律很强,用复合律方程去预估再生沥青的性能是可靠的;再生沥青的针入度对数与沥青(或再生剂)的掺量成正比,再生沥青的粘度对数和软化点与沥青(或再生剂)掺量成反比,这些指标都可以根据复合律方程进行内插或一定程度的外延推算,用于确定再生沥青混合料的配合比设计用量;再生剂比新沥青有更好的再生效果,高标号沥青比低标号沥青有更好的恢复能力。
A composite law equation which describes the relationship between the performance of recycled asphalt with the performance of new and old asphalt (or agent) and their ratio is set up in this paper. Relying on the rebuilding engineering of the Sungang Road in Shenzhen reconstructed with the technology of central plant hot recycling, the recycled effects of different admixtures (90# asphalt, 70# asphalt, agent) are studied. The results of the research show that the regular of penetration, viscosity, softening point of the recycled asphalt can be described with the composite law equation; the penetration logarithm of recycled asphalt is directly proportional to the mass percent of agent (or new asphalt), and viscosity logarithm and softening point does the same; also, the recycling agents has better recycling ability than the new asphalt and the high-grade is better than the low-grade asphalt. 6 tabs, 5 figs, 17 refs.
