摘要
从抱卵雌虾腹部剥离的东方扁虾(Thenus orientalis Lund,1793)胚胎在四组恒温水浴(22℃±0.2℃,25℃±0.2℃,28℃±0.2℃,31℃±0.2℃)下进行的离体培养孵化实验取得成功.通过监测以胚胎眼指数来指示胚胎发育进程,建立了四组温度下眼指数对时间的直线回归图。在此基础上,确立了单位时间内眼指数增长值与培养温度之间的线性关系,用于预报不同温度下胚胎的孵化日期.此外,还结合亲虾抱卵孵化实验和自然水温下离体孵化实验的结果探讨了东方扁虾胚胎孵育机制及复眼形成期发育所需要的有效积温。
The embryos stripped from the pleopods of the berried Thenus orientalis (Lund. ) are incubated in vitro at four constant temperatures (22℃± 0. 2℃, 25℃±0. 2℃, 28℃±0. 2℃ and 31℃±0. 2℃) and the rates of development of the embryos of each group are monitored by measuring embryonic eye index (EI) according to Perkins. We have established the regression lines of EI related to time at four temperatures, and find that the relationship between the increase of EI per unit time and the incubating temperatures is also linear (Y = 0. 54X -7.12, r=0. 992). The equation can be used to calculate the embryonic developing time from EI = 0 to hatching and predict the hatching date of larvae at different temperatures. We have also discussed the developing mechanism and thermal constant of the embryos of T. orientalis.
