摘要
以多机协调驱动为特征的分布式运动控制系统应用广泛,提出了并联式和串联式2种控制数学模型,对静特性和动态性能进行对比。分析产生功率不平衡原因,并提出了变系统参数和变系统给定2种功率平衡手段,详细描述了功率平衡的工作过程。仿真曲线显示,该模型能反映分布式运动控制系统的特点并能够完成功率平衡。
The distributed motion control system characterized by multi -coordinated drive has a broad application. The paper offers two control mathematical models - parallel and serial control ones, compares the static performance with dynamic one, and analyzes the cause of unbalance power, and then offers a solution by means of variable system parameters and changing the given system parameters. It also describes the process of power balance. The simulation curve shows that this model can indicate the characteristics of distributed motion control system and achieve the power balance.
