再生水泥渣回流强化混凝沉淀工艺研究及影响因素分析 被引量:5

摘要 研究了泥渣回流强化混凝工艺对再生水原水的效果,并确定了最佳的运行条件。中试试验结果表明,当PAC投加量为10mg·L-(1以AI2O3计,含量29%)、泥渣回流剂量在300mg·L-1,回流泥渣浓度在10000~16000g·L-1、泥渣回流于混合池、混合速度梯度在31.8~52.6s-之间时,对TP、PO43--P、浊度、色度、UV254的去除效果较佳。 Enhanced coagulation/sedimentation process by recycling sludge for regenerate water reuse was carried out, and the optimum operating parameter was chosen. The pilot scale results shown that the dosage of PAC and recycling sludge were 10 mg·L^-1, 300 mg·L^-1,resepectively; the concentration of recycling sludge and G were between 10000 and 16000 g·L^-1,31.8 s and 52.6 s,the sludge was recycled to the mixer, which lead to a better treating effect for the TP, PO4^3- -P, turbidity, chrominancc and UV254.
