摘要
基于CFD计算了火炮身管自由后坐速度,给出了一种直接计算炮口制退器效率的方法.该方法以带炮口制退器三维非定常流场的数值模拟为基础,计算出身管在火药气体作用下的最大自由后坐速度,得到了炮口制退器的效率.为验证本方法,以某炮口制退器为例进行计算,计算得到的炮口制退器效率与实验测得的结果较为吻合.该方法可以详细研究炮口制退器对火药气体分流过程的影响,较准确地得到炮口制退器的效率,为炮口制退器的设计提供有价值的参考.
Based on CFD, the recoil velocity of a cannon barrel was calculated, and a new approach for computing muzzle brake efficiency was proposed. On the basis of the simulation of 3D unsteady muzzle brake flow field, the maximum free recoil velocity of barrel during the action of propellant gas was calculated, and the efficiency of muzzle brake was got. A certain muzzle brake was chosen to examine and verify the method. The results show that the efficiency calculated based on CFD is accordant with that of experiments. The method advanced in this paper can be used to study the influence of different muzzle brake structures on the flow of powder gas, and to calculate the muzzle brake efficiency. It is useful for the design of muzzle brake.
