摘要
随着市场经济体制的建立,我国已形成多种经济形式并存的局面,因此单一的医疗保险模式不能适应各种人群医疗保险的需要,也不适应社会经济发展的需要。因此本文设想了我国医疗保险改革的新模式,即建立多层次、多形式的混合型医疗保险模式,并对这一模式及其特点加以论证。
To meet the growing and varied needs for medical insurance services under the market - driven pluralistic economic systems, the article explores how: to establish and develop multi - level and various types of medical insurance services, which are mutually competitive, but essentially complementary; introduce advanced management expertises and techniques, and train specialized professionale; disseminate modern insurance knowledge through the mass media to raise public awareness about the design and usage of insurance categories; assess and coordinate efforts, benefits and interests of relevant aspects to facilitate the best possible use of medical insurance services.
