计算机导航下闭合复位空心钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折 被引量:9

Computer-navigation in Treatment of Fixing Femoral Neck Fracture with Cannualated Screw

摘要 目的探讨计算机导航技术在股骨颈骨折空心钉内固定治疗中的应用。方法对12例股骨颈骨折首先牵引床牵引,用C型臂X线机透视复位良好后,摄正侧位图像保存于计算机中,然后利用计算机导航系统在指引器引导下完成内固定。结果所有病例全部在计算机导航下完成空心钉内固定,内固定位置理想。手术平均时间为22min,平均透视时间为13s。经6~18个月随访,平均骨折愈合时间为4个月。结论计算机导航技术用于空心钉内固定手术,使手术过程更简便、直观,提高了手术的精度和成功率,同时显著减少了术中射线的辐射。 Objective To explore the application of computer-navigation in the treatment of fixing femoral neck fracture with cannualated screw. Methods Twelve cases of femoral neck fracture were treated by fixing with cannualated screw under computer-navigation. According to the Garden classification, there were 2 cases of type Ⅰ, 3 cases of type Ⅱ, 6 cases of type Ⅲ, and 1 cases of type Ⅳ. After reduction was completed by traction table, which were checked and shot by C-arm radiation, the fractures with cannualated screw were fixed under computer-navigation. Results All cases were treated with cannualated screw under computer-navigation and the location of internal fixation were fine. The average operation time was 22 minutes and the average radiation exposure time was 13 seconds. The follow-up ranged from 6 to 18 months. The average union time of fracture was 4 months. Conclusion The computer-navigation makes the operation of internal fixation easier and more direct and it can improve the precision and achievement ratio, and significantly reduce the radiation exposure.
