摘要
从企业知识状态角度入手,提出了企业技术核心能力的动态循环过程。认为企业技术核心能力的本质是知识,企业必须不断对企业的知识状态进行优化,形成致力于组织学习和知识创新的动态能力,才能有效地克服企业长期发展而带来的技术核心刚性,达到循环提升企业技术核心能力的目的,使企业在激烈变化的环境中持续保持竞争优势。
This paper put forward the dynamic circulate process of enterprise technical core competence based on the enterprise knowledge condition. We thought that the essence of the enterprise technical core competencies is the knowledge. The enterprise must unceasing carry on the optimization of the enterprise＇s knowledge condition system to form the dynamic ability which is the ability of organization study and knowledge innovation. So the enterprise can overcome the technical core rigidities due to enterprise＇s long--time development to achieve the goal of promotion of technical core competence and keep the advance of competition in the mutative environment.
