摘要
深层次地挖掘和利用知识资源,为网络环境中新产品开发团队提供有效的知识服务,对于产品创新成败具有决定性的意义。文章分析了网络环境中新产品开发团队知识创新研究的现状,研究了网络环境中新产品开发团队在新形势下所面临的挑战,指出研究高质量、深层次的新产品开发团队知识服务理论和方法,构建网络环境中新产品开发团队知识服务系统是提高新形势下网络环境中新产品开发团队知识创新能力和知识协同效率的有效途径。
Mining and exploiting the existing knowledge for new product development team （NPD） is vital for NPD success in network environment. This paper analyzes the current status of NPD team in network environment, and studies the new challenges of the web based NPD team under today environment. The paper proposes that constructing a web based knowledge service system and deploying theory and methodology of knowledge service for NPD team are the effective ways to improve the capability of innovation and efficiency of cooperation for NPD team in network environment.
