摘要
目的探讨鼻内镜下立芷雪明胶海绵敷贴治疗自发性鼻衄的疗效。方法将77例自发性鼻衄患者分为敷贴组(40例)和对照组(37例),敷贴组采用鼻内镜下立芷雪明胶海绵敷贴治疗自发性鼻衄,对照组采用前鼻镜下凡士林纱条鼻腔填塞或加行后鼻孔填塞。观察各自疗效及并发症。结果敷贴组治愈27例,有效10例,无效3例,总有效率92.5%。对照组治愈16例,有效10例,无效11例,总有效率70.3%。两组治疗自发性鼻出血有效率对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论鼻内镜下立芷雪明胶海绵敷贴治疗自发性鼻出血疗效确切,病人舒适度高,并发症少,值得临床推广应用。
[Objective] To discuss the treatment of spontaneous epistaxis with reptilase absorbent gelatin sponge under nasoseope. [Methods] Seventy-seven cases of spontaneous epistaxis patients were divided into the application group （40 cases） and the control group （37 cases）. The application group used the reptilase absorbent gelatin sponge for the treatment of the spontaneous epistaxis under nasoscope and the control group used the vaseline gauze line for nasal packing or postnasal packing to treat the spontaneous epistaxis under anterior nasoscope. Their efficacy and complications were observed. [Results] In the application group, 27 cases were cured, the treatment was effective in 10 cases and invalid in 3 cases, the total effective rate was 92.5%. In the control group, the therapy cured 16 cases, was valid in 10 cases and invalid in 11 eases, the total effective rate was 70.3%. There was a statistical difference in the total effective rates of both groups （P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Application of reptilase absorbent gelatin sponge to spontaneous epistaxis under nasoscope is effective, the patient is comfortable with few complications, it is worthy to spread in clinic.
