摘要 研究了发泡剂、发泡促进剂、交联剂、填料等用量对EVA(乙烯/醋酸乙烯酯共聚物)材料性能的影响;并考察了胶粉对EVA材料性能的影响。试验结果表明:当发泡剂AC用量为6.5份,发泡助剂HSt、ZnO用量分别为0.4份、0.6份,交联剂DCP用量为0.8份,填料碳酸钙用量为6份时,所得配方具有较好的性能。向该配方中加入10份的胶粉,能得到综合性能优异的鞋底材料。 The influence of consumption of the blowing agent, cross-linking agent, filler and bubble promoter on ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) material properties was studied, and the influence of rubber powder on the shoes materials was studied also. The results indicated that the formula was blowing agent 6.5 phr, bubble promoter HSt 0. 4 phr, ZnO 0. 6 phr, cross-linking agent DCP 0. 8 phr, filler CaCO3 6 phr. If 10 phr rubber powders were added to the optimum formula, the shoes materials had the perfect property.
