摘要
依据缓蚀阻垢剂的作用原理及抽油井的工作参数,对采油井投加缓蚀阻垢剂的方式进行了分析。采油井生产参数分析表明,药剂的抽汲规律与产液量、冲次等参数有关。应用现场油井的产出水,对油井缓蚀阻垢剂的成膜性能、膜的后效性(持久性)及预膜质量浓度进行了研究。其结果表明,成膜后A3试片的膜能够持续4~5d发挥作用,出现缓解腐蚀现象,动态腐蚀速率小于或等于0.125mm·a-1。通过对生产参数的拟合运算,分析了连续加药和周期加药的应用条件,据此确定了组合投药方式。
Based on the the mechanism of corrosion and scale inhibitor and operational parameter of oil well, the paper analyzed the method of adding corrosion and scale inhibitor. The analysis of production data for the oil wells shows that pumping rule of medicament is related to fluid production and times of flush. The membrane-forming properties, the after effect of membrane, namely persistency, membrane concentration of the corrosion and scale inhibitor are studied by using the produced water, and the results show that after the membrane-forming, the membrane of A3 specimens can lasts 4 to 5 days and play roles in anti corrosion and scaling. And the dynamic corrosion rate is less than 0.125mm/a. Through the fitting operation to production parameters, the application condition of periodically and continuously adding medicine is analyzed. And based on the application condition, the combination method of adding medicine is determined.
