摘要
对国内外文献报道的护理人员生存质量状况、测评工具、影响因素等进行综述,目的在于改善护士生命质量,促进护理事业发展。
It summarized the status quo of quality of life of nursing staffs, evaluation tools and influencing factors reported in literatures both at home and in abroad. The purpose is to enhance quality of life of nurses and to promote the development of nursing care.
