摘要
采用自制的MgO膨胀剂制备出C50微膨胀钢管混凝土,研究了MgO膨胀剂对混凝土的抗压强度、热学性质、耐久性能、自生体积变形和徐变性能的影响。结果表明,掺6%左右的MgO膨胀剂对混凝土的抗压强度不会产生不利影响,使混凝土早龄期的温升速率加大,徐变度增加约10%—20%;掺MgO膨胀剂使混凝土结构更加密实,提高了混凝土的抗渗性和抗冻性;掺MgO膨胀剂混凝土具有良好的延迟微膨胀性能并且自生体积变形是稳定的。
The C50 mangnesiurn oxide microexpanded concrete-filled steel tube was prepared using a self-made MgO expansive agent. The influence of MgO expansive agent on properties containing mechanics, thermal properties, durability, autologous volumetric deformation and creep performance was investigated. The results showed that mixing with 6 % MgO had not adverse effect on the mechanics of concrete; temperature rising rate increases at the early age and the creep degree increased about 10%--20% for mangnesium oxide microexpanded concrete by comparison with ordinary concrete. The resistance of per- meability and the resistance of freezing could be further improved due to the more compact structure of concrete mixed with MgO. The autologous volumetric deformation was stable and favorable delayed micro-expansion characteristic was obvious for mangnesium oxide microexpanded concrete.
