摘要
给出了ZG42CrMo合金铸钢大型球磨机大齿轮的铸造质量和成分控制原则。提出了在调质热处理工艺的淬火环节上采取间歇式冷却方式,并通过调节淬火介质温度实现ZG42CrMo合金钢铸造大齿轮在剧烈冷却介质中的淬火冷却,制定了相应的工艺参数,自行设计了淬火吊具。通过所给出的质量控制原则、调质热处理工艺以及相应的操作方法,成功地进行了ZG42CrMo合金钢铸造大齿轮的淬火,齿轮性能完全满足要求,为大型合金钢铸件调质热处理技术的推广应用提供了重要参考。
In the present study, the control principles of casting quality and composition of large gear cast with ZG42CrMo alloy steel was given. The technological specification to quench ZG42CrMo alloy steel large gear in a tempestuous coolant, i. e. using intermittent cooling, and adjusting temperature of quenching media, was proposed, and the technological parameters were determined. The lifting tools were self-designed. Industrialized production of ZG42CrMo alloy steel large gear was successfully realized by using the principles, the technological specification of heat treatment and the operation procedure proposed in the present study. The performance of large gear after heat treatment completely satisfies the requirement. The result of the present study supplies an important reference to generalize the quenching and tempering heat treatment technology of alloy steel large castings.
