摘要
网络群体性事件是群体性事件的一种新的特殊形式。它是指在一定社会背景下形成的网民群体为了共同的利益或其他相关目的,利用网络进行串联、组织,并在现实中非正常聚集,扰乱社会正常秩序,乃至可能或已经发生影响社会政治稳定的群体暴力事件。我国网络群体事件发生模式主要有四种,分别是网络舆论引发模式、由网络谣言而恶化或失控模式、利益受损群体网络发动模式以及境内外敌对分子发起模式。防范网络群体事件的发生应采取建立健全防范协作机制、加强网络舆论引导、及时掌控事件的发起人和组织者及构建利益整合机制等措施。
The network group event is one kind of new peculiar form of group events. It refers that the network groups, which are formed in a certain social background, organize and assemble abnormally, disturb the normal order of the society in reality for the purpose of the common benefit or other related aims. It may be or has already been a group violent event that affects the political stability of the society. In our country, the network group event have four main happening patterns： the event caused by network conformity, the event caused by network rumors, the event caused by benefit impairment groups, the event caused by hostile people at home and abroad. In order to prevent the network group event happening, we have to build a risk prevention mechanism, strengthen the guidance of public opinion on the interact, and control the initiators, organizers of the events in time, construct the benefit integration mechanism, etc.
