摘要
目的探讨复用穿刺套针清洗方法,提高清洗质量。方法将200支穿刺套针注入血液分成A、B两组,分别用3%过氧化氢和1∶150低泡多酶清洗液超声波清洗20min后冲净,A组用95%乙醇2ml/支、B组90℃30min进行干燥,然后行细菌内毒素和3%过氧化氢试验,并比较清洗成本。结果A组细菌内毒素和3%过氧化氢试验阳性率分别为6%、5%,B组全部阴性(χ2=6.19、5.13,P<0.05);A组清洗成本是B组的3.74倍。结论低泡多酶清洗液清洗效果及成本显著优于3%过氧化氢溶液。
OBJECTIVE To probe cleaning methods of reusable puncture needles and improve the quality of cleaning. METHODS The 200 sets of puncture needles with blood were divided into two groups (groups A and B). Ultrasonic cleaning was used in two groups, but in group A was with 3 % hydrogen peroxide solution and in group B with 1 : 150 low foam multi-enzyme cleaning liquid for 20 minutes, after rinsing, the group A used 95% ethanol 2 ml/pieee for dry, but the Group B used 90 ℃ 30 min, and then the bacterial endo toxins and 3% hydrogen peroxide tests, the eost of cleaning was compared. RESULTS The positive rates of the bacterial endo toxins and 3% hydrogen peroxide test in group A were conducted, at last were 6% and 5%, while group B all were negative (x^2 =6.19, 5.13,P〈0.05). The cleaning cost in group A was 3.74 times more than in group B. CONCLUSIONS The cleaning effect and cost of low foam multi-enzyme cleaning liquid is obviously better than 3% hydrogen peroxide.
