产金属β-内酰胺酶铜绿假单胞菌的检出率与药敏分析 被引量:5

Incidence of Metallo-beta-lactamase-producing Pseudomonas aeruginosa and their Antibiotic Resistance

摘要 目的探讨铜绿假单胞菌金属β-内酰胺酶检出率并分析其药敏谱。方法收集深圳南山区2007年6月-2008年6月共323株铜绿假单胞菌,采用法国生物梅里埃公司ATB-Expression细菌鉴定;药敏试验采用ATBPSE5药敏试剂条测试;对亚胺培南和美罗培南同时耐药菌株用改良纸片协同试验检测金属β-内酰胺酶。结果共分离出323株铜绿假单胞菌,产金属β-内酰胺酶46株(14.3%);铜绿假单胞菌对亚胺培南和美罗培南的耐药率高达45.4%和26.3%,多黏菌素E对产金属β-内酰胺酶铜绿假单胞菌依然有非常好的效果,敏感率达到96.9%;铜绿假单胞菌泛耐状况不容忽视。结论加强金属β-内酰胺酶检测,按照药敏试验选择治疗药物,以防止菌株扩散是非常重要的。 OBJECTIVE To study incidence of metallo-beta-laetamase(MBL)-producing Pseudomonas aeruginosa and their drug sensitivity. METHODS A total of 323 isolates of P. aeruginosa from Nanshan District of Shenzhen between Jun 2007 and Jun 2008 were subjected to susceptibility testing against various antibiotics and identified by ATB-Expression. Imipenem and meropenem resistant isolates were selected for the detection of MBL production by disc synergia test. Enhancement of inhibition zone around imipenem and meropenem discs impregnated with EDTA was found to confirme MBL production. RESULTS Totally 323 P. aeruginosa were isolated and MBL- producing accounted for 46 (14.3%), drug resistance rate to imipenem and meropenem was respectively 45.4 % and 26.3%. Colistin was the most sensitive to P. aeruginosa (96. 9%). CONCLUSIONS Our findings show it needs to detect MBL producers, judiciously use carbapenems to prevent their spread.
