摘要
在研究国内外自愈控制技术的基础上,结合国内外对智能化电网的定义,提出了配电网的自愈控制技术的几个状态和控制过程,开发了智能化的继电保护装置、一次设备监测装置和自愈控制高级软件,对自愈控制技术在城市电网中的应用进行了仿真和试点实践,并提出一些展望。
Based on both domestic and foreign self-healing control technology study and combination with definition of smart grid the paper gives out several statuses and control process of self-healing control technique for distribution networks, develops intelligent relay protection, primary monitoring device and self-healing control high-level software. Simulation and trial practice were carried out for its application in urban power grids with some prospects.
