摘要
针对现有区域可持续发展评价方法多存在信息屏蔽和主观性强等问题,提出基于熵权物元模型的黑龙江省东部区域可持续发展评价方法,从经济、社会、资源和环境4方面构建评价指标体系,利用信息熵法确定权重,综合评价黑龙江省东部6城市可持续发展状况的空间差异和共同特征。结果表明:将熵权和物元模型结合运用于区域可持续发展评价,能准确反映评价指标所包含的信息量,可详细直观地反映区域可持续发展状况。该方法科学可靠,可以应用于区域可持续发展的科学决策和管理领域。
Aimed at the information shield and strong subjectivity in current regional sustainable development evaluation, this paper addresses the use of the model based on entropy-weighted matter-element to evaluate sustainable development level of eastern region of Heilongjiang Province. The paper highlights the comprehensive evaluation of the spatial differences and common features of sustainable development situation among 6 cities, depending on both index system established from the four aspects, such as economy, society, resource and environment and the weight value determined by information entropy. The results indicate that the combined application of entropy-weighted and matter-element model in regional sustainable development evaluation allows both an accurate reflection of evaluation index informa- tion and a more detailed and intuitive reflection of situation of sustainable development. This method, scientific and reasonable, can lend itself in the fields of scientific decision and management for regional sustainable development.
