摘要
目的:研究注射用头孢甲肟对细菌内毒素检测试验的干扰情况,并建立其细菌内毒素检查的方法。方法:用不同厂家的鲎试剂对不同批号的头孢甲肟分别进行干扰试验。结果:本品在1.67 mg.mL-1稀释浓度下无干扰作用。结论:鲎试剂对头孢甲肟进行细菌内毒素检测是可行的。
OBJECTIVE： To study Cefmenoxime for Injection＇s interference with bacterial endotoxin test and establish a method for its bacterial endotoxin test. METHODS： Tachypleus amebocyte lysate （TAL） from different manufacturers with different batch number were used respectively for bacterial interference test. RESULTS： At a concentration of 1.67 mg·mL^-1 , Cefmenoxime for injection had no interference with the baterial endotoxin test. CONCLUSION： It was proved to be feasible to use TAL for the bacterial endotoxin test of Cefmenoxime for Injection.
