摘要
金属阻尼材料是一种用来减振和降噪的结构功能一体化材料,主要包括阻尼合金、阻尼金属基复合材料和泡沫金属。介绍了各种金属阻尼材料的阻尼机制,综述了现有金属阻尼材料存在的问题及其研究进展,在此基础上提出未来金属阻尼材料的研究方向是探索新的阻尼机制和开发高阻尼金属基复合材料。
Metallic damping materials, a kind of materials which take great importance to reduce vibration and noise, can be both used in structural and functional applications, mainly including damping alloy, damping metal matrix composite and metal foam. In the present paper the damping mechanisms of metallic damping materials are introduced firstly. Secondly, the problems that exist in current metallic damping materials and progress of the research on them are also discussed. Finally,it's pointed out that exploring new damping mechanism and researching high damping metal matrix composite which exhibits superior comprehensive performance is the direction of future research and development prospect of metallic damping materials.
