摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,试样用乙腈溶解,以甲醇+水为流动相,使用ZORBAX80A Extend-C18、5μm为填料的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,在290nm波长下对试样中的丙炔噁草酮进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,该方法测得丙炔噁草酮的线性相关系数为0.9999;标准偏差为0.13;变异系数为0.16%;平均回收率为99.84%。
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of oxadiargyl 80% WP by HPLC with methanol and water as mobile phase, using ZORBAXSOA Extend-C18 column and DAD at 290nm wavelength was described. The results showed that the linear covvelatlon coefficient was 0.999 8, the standard deviation was 0.13, the variation coefficient was 0.16%, the average recovery was 99.84% respectively.
