摘要
应用UG软件采用自下而上的建模方式,建立了UUV发动机的简化模型并导入ADAMS软件中生成虚拟样机模型,利用相关实车数据对其进行了验证,之后在Matlab/Simulink中建立发动机的控制模型,基于ADAMS/Control控制模块与Matlab/Simulink接口进行联合仿真,得到发动机关键部件在不同工况下的受力情况,并联合AN-SYS/Ls_dyna对主要零件进行了强度校核,为发动机的优化改进提供指导和依据。
The dynamic simulation of hyperbol- ical - cam piston engine for UUV is performed utilizing co - simulation in ADAMS and Matlab. First, a simplified model of the engine is established by using UG through down - top design method,and imported into ADAMS to create a virtual prototype,which is followed by the validation using relevant engine test. Second, the engine control simulation model is built by Matlab/Simulink. Third,the co-simulation is implemented based on ADAMS/Control and Matlab/Simulink. Then, the forces between key components in different complexion are provided through dynamic analysis, thus the strength of key components are checked.
