摘要 对中国石化金陵分公司变压吸附氢提纯装置在运行初期出现意外停车的原因(铵盐结晶、解吸气中氢气含量偏高、解吸气流量不稳、氢气压缩机气缸磨损等)进行了详细的分析,并提出了相应的改进措施,以保证装置的平稳运行。 The early running problems of vacuum pressure swing adsorption (VPSA)hydrogen purification unit, such as ammonium salt crystallization, higher content of hydrogen in desorption gas, unstable flow of desorption gas and abrasion of cylinder of hydrogen compressor which could result in accident shutdown, were analyzed in detail, and the corresponding measures were proposed to ensure the unit to run steadily.
